DyCor originated in the Fraser Valley where the company was involved in a variety of construction projects. The scope of work included both commercial projects such as schools, churches and apartment buildings, as well as the construction of custom built homes.

In 1994, Bill and his family, relocated to Vernon. “It was a lifestyle change that drew the family to Vernon”. With a love for the outdoors, the relaxed country atmosphere, Vernon was a perfect fit for working, raising a family and eventually retiring. “It really was a dream come true!”
