With all our clients, to ensure we meet your expectations, and to communicate overall project status we use the “Six (6) Step Approach to Design”

1. Introduction Meeting – Working together with our design/decorating and construction teams, we will review individual needs and overall design requirements of our customer. We will work with our customer from the ground up to create a residential plan that complements your special way of life
2. Pre-construction Meeting – Review and finalize home design, review construction budget, establish building schedule and completion date
3. Pre-drywall Inspection – Before starting the drywall installation, a DyCor representative will give you a guided tour, allowing the customer to inspect the inner workings of your home, view all the special features, as well as plumbing, heating, electrical construction.
4. Quality/Workmanship Inspection – Before the pre-delivery inspection a DyCor Homes representative will conduct a final inspection to ensure that all services are functioning properly and that all the workmanship meets our quality standards
5. Pre-delivery Inspection – Upon completion, the customer and a DyCor Homes representative, will tour the home to inspect each room and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied both in workmanship and materials
6. Warranty Manual – DyCor Homes will provide a complete warranty manual for the clients / new home owners.
